Returns

At FusionSnack, we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you wish to return a product, please note the following:

1. Withdrawal period

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal without the need to provide a reason.

2. Product conditions

Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging and without signs of use.

3. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for food items or products that can deteriorate quickly, nor for products unsealed for hygiene or health reasons.

5. Refund

Once the returned products are received and verified, we will issue a refund of the paid amount, excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days.

6. Return costs

Unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to FusionSnack, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
