Shipping
Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within a maximum of 48 working hours after payment is received. Once shipped, the customer will receive:
- Estimated delivery time depending on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Tracking information to follow the shipment status at any time.
Shipping costs: according to the transport company. They are displayed in the cart before completing the purchase.
Note: During periods of high demand, weather disruptions or holidays, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the store and the carrier.
Transport incidents
If your order arrives with visible damage or missing items, please:
- Record it on the carrier’s delivery note when receiving the package.
- Notify us at info@fusionsnack.com within 24–48 hours after delivery, attaching photos of the package and its contents.
We will then arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
